i was automatically given two adjoining rooms, without needing to specifically request this. the desk staff were all pleasant and happy to answer questions and queries. even the cleaners were friendly and happy to help.
no words can describe how bad it was. as soon as i walked to our room, there was a bad smell and leftover food on the floor. i came back to our room in the afternoon the next day and housecleaning did not clean. i then heard children running up and down the halls, fine to me, but they began to play with my doorknob and knock before laughing and running off.

I appreciated the easy access to public transport. The bus stop is right outside the hotel making trips into the city simple. The on-site restaurant was convenient with great views.
I found the floor covering a bit tired looking in the hallway leading to my room.
